Hello! My name is Christine,....I have always loved dolls of many kinds, so what better than to spend my days creating lovely ensembles for my favourite kind of doll? The pretty My Scene doll makes a beautiful blank canvas for me to transform into a beautiful unique and romantic creature in flowing velvets and handmade jewellery - small goddesses to reflect various aspects of pagan spirituality, nature and the seasons - or anything that captures my fancy really - all made with love and many hours of painstaking care to create a truly one of a kind doll. No two will, or even can, be the same, so you can be sure that your doll really is entirely unique to you.

I live in Newcastle under Lyme, which is in North Staffordshire here in the UK, neatly sandwiched between the urban sprawl of Stoke on Trent, the wild Staffordshire Moorlands and the gentle countryside to the South. It's about as far away from the sea as you could get on an island, but hopefully that won't always be the case. When not doing doll related activities, I love reading, art, going to places with a sense of history, and hope never to stop learning about this amazing piece of rock we call home.....Feel free to email me if you have any queries, I don't bite!

I follow a random path of spirituality mostly pagan and goddess orientated but I'm happy to include the odd christian saint and hindu goddess too. I've been this way for almost twenty years- although I did previously attend a high anglican church, the emphasis on male deity often made me feel awkward and disconnected. Perhaps I fell in love more with the ritual, the incense and the stained glass windows, and hoped that the rest would follow - but the pagan pathway has more personal resonance, as it is more female oriented and teaches more self reliance and personal responsibility for our actions towards ourselves and others. It also allows for a more personalised and meaningful spirituality in these often troubled times.
